Culture eats impact for breakfast: how working with social entrepreneurs unlocks collaborations for impact

How can companies work with social entrepreneurs to maximise social and business impact? What are the opportunities for co-creation? How can these engagements develop talent in corporate settings?

Businesses are increasingly harnessing their immense power to solve social problems at scale through their core business models. This requires new organisational models that respond to the fast-paced change around us: innovation has become a prerequisite for growth, workforce and talents are shifting and stakeholders have new expectations.

Join us on the morning of the 11th to connect, share and learn from other like-minded corporate leaders, during a fast-paced session on the topics above.

The session will start with a panel discussion where two company representatives and a social entrepreneur will share their experiences, inspiring us with success stories and openly discussing the challenges they have encountered internally and externally. Panellists will be:

  • Åsa Skogström Feldt, Inter IKEA Social Entrepreneurship Lead.

  • Maureen Sigliano, Wester Union Vice President of Global Loyalty Development & Onmni-channel Customer Experience.

  • Nicole Rycroft, Founder and Executive Director of Canopy

But we want to hear your take on this! After the 40-minute panel discussion we will split in break out groups for two focused discussions on the topics arising from the panel.

We look forward to seeing you in Oxford.
